L and C Builders and Developers has initiated a Joint Venture Project called “ KHB-L&C, Silicon City ” with Karnataka Housing Board for the purpose of developing a Housing Colony for an extent of 101 acres.
“ KHB-Silicon City” is a project of L&C Builders and Developers and developed by M/S LTG Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, who in a span of few years has achieved many goals in the field of housing sector and layout formation.
It is a joint venture project between Karnataka Housing Board and L&C Builders & Developers. It is developed by reputed infrastructure providers M/s LTG infrastructure pvt Ltd.
